This week I plan to finish Throne of Glass, Pushing the Limits, Frostbite, Grave Mercy, and the second Walking Dead graphic novel. Obviously, I'm hoping for an amazing reading week. I'm going to keep pushing myself until I build up my review buffer. It fell away when I started reading arcs that I can't yet review.
In other news... I didn't post yesterday because a storm knocked out my internet, but tomorrow, I am giving away some awesome swag that I picked up at BEA. And for those of you active on NetGalley, Bekka from Pretty Deadly Reviews is hosting the NetGalley Knock Down, where participants focus on getting through their NetGalley titles in the month of July. I'm not trying to tell you that you have to join, but I'm doing it and it's going to be awesome.

I hope you are enjoying Throne of Glass. I haven't heard anything bad about it yet! And I will be starting Pushing the Limits soon. So excited!!
ReplyDeleteDUDE. It's soooo freaking good. I heard it described as Game of Thrones for teen girls and that description is SPOT ON. I can not wait to finish it today. Seriously... SO GOOD. I'm FORCING myself to do blog stuff and write and work out before I read it, because once I start it, I don't think I'll be able to put it down for the rest of the day.
DeleteThrone of Glass does look good! I think I'm going to giveaway my Raven's Boy book during the weekend of our Readathon, encourage others to spend the time with their books!
ReplyDeleteI should plan an awesome giveaway then, too. I will have to decide what. Excellent idea! Also, I am sooo psyched for our readathon!
DeleteI'm totally jealous!! I want to read Throne of Glass so badly!! Hope you love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally loving it.
DeleteThrone of Glass sounds so good! I can't wait to read your review! And good luck on the NetGalley Knock Down! That sounds like a great event!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I'll have to wait a little bit to post, until it's closer to the release day, but it's not too far off, so yay! Can not wait to gush about it!
DeleteThis book looks good! I'll have to check it out. Looks like you have a big reading week ahead of you. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI have big plans for the rest of my life. LOL. I am determined to read every book I got at BEA.
DeleteFirst, I am totally jelly over you're reading Throne of Glass. I was declined on NetGalley to review it, which I guess is fine since I all ready have too many unread galleys anyway. Which brings me to: second, thanks for participating in NetGalley Knockdown. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I figure telling a whole lot of people about it (including NG staff) would inspire me to actually read these books haha.
ReplyDeleteI was declined for Butter, both are Bloomsbury, which made me sad. But NetGalley Knockdown is SOOO good! I have a bunch of titles I want to get to. It's always more tempting to read the bound galleys, because they are staring me in the face.
DeleteI'm glad you enjoyed it, I didn't like it so much.
ReplyDeleteHello! I am a new follower over from Jen Ryland's blog! I have Throne Of Glass and Grave Mercy on my TBR list and can't wait to read your reviews. Love looking at your blog and all that you do. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhat did you think of Pushing the Limits? I absolutely loved it. I'm hearing great things about Throne of Glass!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the file fixed for you! I'm hoping to start this one in a few weeks - keep hearing great hints and am eager to find out what it's all about! Have you started Pushing the Limits? I began it yesterday, but had to set it down (and i'm already annoyed with Echo's parents...ugh).
