Feature and Follow: Matchmaker Edition

Yeah... really can't pass up this week's question:
You are a matchmaker — your goal, hook up two characters from two of your favorite books. Who would it be? How do you think it would go?
Okay... I love the couples in these books, but Will from The Ghost and the Goth and Hartley from Deadly Cool and Social Suicide would be great together.  (Covers link to Good Reads.)

Will reminds me of the love interest in Deadly Cool, but he's a little more mature and responsible.  He's not going to try to kill Hartley with his driving or anything.  Also, every time Hartley stumbles upon a dead body, he can interview their ghost so she doesn't have to go getting herself into dangerous situations in order to break the story.

Hartley is adorably awkward.  She's high energy, which I think Will will appreciate and a little less annoying than Alona--the cheerleader ghost in The Ghost and the Goth.

As for how it will go... well, the relationship certainly won't be as frustrating as their current romances.

  4. I really like the idea behind this weeks question, but at the same time, it is so hard to imagine my favorite characters in any other setting then their original novels that I can't figure out who I would put together.

I haven't read either of these books yet but once I do I'll let you know if I agree.

  5. OMG they are perfect! Though I like their matches in their own books I could totally see them together. They'd be so cute!
