This is not my bed and it's not made, but it's fluffy and comfy and look... there is my kindle that makes me look classy even when I'm reading Deadly Cool, which is not what I would call classy, but certainly in the realm of awesome.
Also, I'm really annoyed about losing that hour.

Thanks for joining in, and now that I finished The Great Gatsby I can totally get the cover. I promised Kim I'd read Deadly Cool, so I just need to do it. It's supposed to be pretty fun. Are you going to be back on the East Coast soon? I'm making Kim come over on St. Patrick's Day to watch Irish movies (Once, Leap Year and Boondock Saints) and we're thinking about getting our MegaBus tickets and I want to make sure we all get the same time out of D.C. And in yet another shocking display of ignorance in geography, I finally realized that Fredericksburg is not in Southern VA, but near NoVa. Which wouldn't be that bad if I hadn't grown up in Fairfax and probably traveled to Fredericksburg lots for soccer games. I need to get a map of the world tattooed on my body, preferably in places I can easily see.
ReplyDeleteAnd if I didn't make it clear, if you're in town and free, you're invited to my little St. Paddy's day shing ding. Kim doesn't drink much so they'll be some green shakes, but I do drink, just not out on holidays when it's expensive and I can't afford taxis.

I love your cover, I'm a big fan of yellow. I've never read Dead Cool, I have no idea what it is about so I hope you review it when you are done. And I will definitely be participating in this meme next week I'm just a little slow at reading my googlereader.
Also, I haven't read any of your Downton Abbey posts because I am way far behind in watching the show! I'll have to get caught up on my next day off
St. Patrick's day sounds fun. I have to see what I'm doing. Just got home this morning (horrible red eye flight). At the very least, call me when you book your tix. :)

50 Dead Men Walking is all about the IRA and I remember that after I watched it I was so confused, because they kind of show how the principles behind the IRA are good, but that they use the wrong tactics to accomplish them. The movie is very violent, but it stars Jim Sturgess, and I love me some Jim Sturgess! I'll see anything he does! I like to stalk him in my free time, sucks for him, but works out nicely for me!
