It's been a while since I've participated in the Book Blogger Hop, but it's just been a crazy few months. Things are starting to slow down, but honestly this weeks question is just too good not to participate in."If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?"
Part of me really wants to jump up and down yelling I WANT TO GO TO HOGWARTS FOR REAL!!! But for a children's book, those death eater's pulled some really sick s**t. That world gets incredibly dark, both in Voldemort's camp and in the Ministry of Magic before it crumbles. And what if I ended up a squib? I'd be the first to die.

I'd choose Hogwarts too... I guess it's because even the "background" people in the series seem so well-thought out. If I lived there, I might not be one of Harry Potter's besties, but I'd still have a lot of interesting stuff going on.

ReplyDeleteMy choice is a book series geared towards guys which won’t enthrall the vast majority of my fellow book bloggers (who are almost entirely female) with the extensive discussion of powerful weapons and sexy milspec gear, beautiful women, eye-popping action sequences (with occasionally obscene violence), and the like.

ReplyDeleteHi, just hopping on by! I chose Harry Potter too because hello, QUIDDITCH! Not to mention MAGICAL CANDY. Like, seriously, you do not turn down magical candy. I had the same concerns as you - I could live quite happily without Voldemort, thank you very much - but in the end, I decided the candy was worth risking my life.
